The Paloma IPL device is designed to help reduce unwanted hair growth through Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology.

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as hair colour, skin tone, consistency of use, and individual response to treatment.

Although our product has been thoroughly tested and proven highly effective, summerskinco cannot and does not guarantee specific results for every user.

Before using the device, customers must carefully read the User Guide supplied with the product and follow all instructions, warnings, safety information, and contraindications. The device should only be used as directed.

Safety Disclaimer

The Paloma IPL device is intended for cosmetic use only.

Do not use the device if:

  • You have a medical condition that may be affected by light-based treatments.
  • You are using medication that causes photosensitivity.
  • You have active skin infections, open wounds, or severe skin irritation in the treatment area.

Summer Skin Co is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, improper treatment settings, or use contrary to the guidance provided in the User Guide.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier services, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking information where available.

summerskinco cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The device must be unused.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging.

We offer free shipping for purchases, however customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Liability

summerskinco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold through this website. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
